Banana Mocha Smoothie – A Sweet and Simple Vegan Breakfast Idea

I love a good smoothie. I usually tend to opt for fruity flavours but this time, I went in a slightly different direction. I concocted a tasty coffee-based alternative: a vegan banana mocha smoothie.

Inspired by my recent discovery of cold brew coffee, this smoothie combines healthy fruit, a caffeine boost, and a cheeky chocolate twist for the perfect quick-and-easy breakfast.

I went with hazelnut milk for this recipe as it is lovely and creamy and has a sweet, chocolatey flavour, which works perfectly with this smoothie. However, you can use any dairy-free milk of your choice.

Frozen fruit is perfect for cold, refreshing smoothies but if you don’t have any to hand, add a few ice cubes to the smoothie mix.

    1. Thanks! I definitely think the hazelnut milk “makes” this. I like most non-dairy milks but hazelnut has the perfect sweet, creamy taste for this smoothie. 🙂
