I was lucky enough to be gifted two copies of Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar by vegan baking champions Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero.

As fantastic as the recipes are, I don’t need them twice so I’m using the opportunity to reward one of my lovely followers!

With everything from simple oatmeal & raisin cookies, naughty chocolate brownies, and lunchbox-friendly fruit bars, to more adventurous snacks like biscotti, Irish crème kisses, and sandwich cookies, the book has all the treats that your mid-morning sweet-tooth desires.
