Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Quick and healthy summer breakfast

- 1 frozen banana, diced
- 50 g frozen strawberries
- 3 scoops Nutribuddy Breakfast Shake Smooth Strawberry Matcha
- 200 ml almond milk or plant milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 fresh banana, diced
- 2 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon mixed seeds and dried berries eg. chia seeds, gojiberries, acai berries etc
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
Add frozen fruits, Nutribuddy Breakfast, milk and agave nectar to blender and mix on high speed until well combined. Mixture should be thick enough to stay on an upturned spoon but thinner than ice cream. (Add more frozen fruit to thicken or more milk to thin mixture.)
Pour mixture into cereal or coconut bowl. Top with fresh fruit, mixed seeds and dried berries, and cacao nibs.
