Recipe: Balsamic Tofu, Asparagus and Broccoli Salad

A little while ago I made a balsamic tofu salad and it was delicious. The only problem was that it wasn’t very photogenic so I only pasted it to my facebook page and not my blog because, well… I like pretty things.

Recipe: Spicy Broccoli and Cashew Stir-Fry

I had forgotten how delicious simple stir-fries can be. Usually, I make a stir-fry when I have a drawer full of veggies that need to be used up and I just throw in whatever I’ve got to hand. Sauces range from sweet chilli to honey-soy to chilli-lemon.

Pumpkin and Chickpea Curry

One of the foods I miss most from back home in Australia is pumpkin. Here in London, pumpkin is only really prevelant around Halloween and for the rest of the year, its brother fruit, the butternut squash fills supermarket shelves, soup cartons and risottos.
